Our wooden shutters are available in five different ranges, each one being manufactured from a different type of wood. Together they combine the very best materials with the widest range of options available, from our clean looking Craftwood range through to our strong grained Cedarwood range we believe this gives our customers the very best choice to cover every style and taste.

Craftwood Shutters

Manufactured from Medium Density Fibreboard this is our most cost effective range of indoor shutters available which is ideal for a clean fresh look and if your looking for a white or cream finish. It is available in 3 louver sizes, 47mm, 64mm and 89mm and 3 painted finishes. It is not suitable for shaped windows and is not available with solid panels.

Permawood Shutters

Manufactured from ABS encapsulated hardwood this range is ideal for applications requiring durability and is particularly suited to humid conditions such as wet rooms. It is available in 4 louver sizes, 47mm, 64mm, 89mm and 114mm and 6 painted finishes. If can also be manufactured to suit shaped windows but is not available with solid panels.

Pearlwood Shutters

Manufactured from Paulownia which is a fast growing hardwood, it has naturally good fire retardant properties and a distinctive grain. This range is ideal if you’re looking for a solid wood shutter without going to the expense of the bass or cedar woods. It is available in 4 louver sizes, 47mm, 64mm, 89mm, and 114mm and is available in 8 painted finishes and 17 stained finishes. It is also possible to have it custom painted and can be manufactured to suit shaped windows and is also available with solid panels.

Basswood Shutters

Manufactured from American lime it has a subtle grain and being one of the lightest woods it is especially suited to larger windows. This range offers the widest selection of colours and finish of any of the shutters and is available in 5 louver sizes, 32mm, 47mm, 64mm, 89mm, 114mm, 19 painted finishes and 21 stained finishes. It can be custom painted and can be manufactured to suit shaped windows and is also available with solid panels.

Cedarwood Shutters

Manufactured from western red cedar it has a strong grain and being the lightest wood it is especially suited to larger windows. It is available in 5 louver sizes, 32mm, 47mm, 64mm, 89mm, 114mm, 17 painted finishes and 4 natural wood finishes. It can be custom painted and can be manufactured to suit shaped windows and is also available with solid panels.
